The story of our spices is simple: it started out as a family recipe . Our Founder Wes Moore gave away his seasonings to friends who needed help flavoring their meats. Soon, people were asking for more of the spice mixes because they just couldn’t get enough of it. That’s when we realized we could share Wes’ gift with others, so we started selling it under the Dakota Trails label.
